Our mission is to build the necessary administrative and financial structures to accelerate and maintain the momentum of our university, which is modern, and scientifically minded and has carried out scientific studies since its establishment. By considering the demands coming to our department, to ensure that the state's resources and the existing resources (human, money, goods and materials) of our university are used in the most appropriate way to meet these demands, and to increase the knowledge, skills, participation and motivation of the employees in a team consciousness to fulfil these demands economically.

Our vision is to be a department at our university that uses resources effectively and efficiently, with our personnel who are experts in their field, aware of public rights, and open to change and development. Our department aims to provide materials and services at the highest standards for both educational and administrative purposes, in line with the scientific and educational goals of our university's students, administrative and academic staff at national and international levels, to provide the assigned duties, and also to carry out the work correctly as soon as possible within the framework of laws, regulations and application instructions.
